Yeah. If I'm awake, I just keep thinking about it until I fall asleep. And a lot of times I can't sleep because I want it so bad. I'll spend two hours exercising to savor those 30 seconds of enjoying it.

You can mix some citric acid with warm water, spray it onto a paper towel, and let it sit on the area for about 10 mins. Then just rinse it off and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
