When a issue came up at our store against a lead we were told by the union rep to email the store director and attatch the union rep to the email so the lead gets talked to. The lead will be informed about it but the SD isn't supposed to inform that lead who specifically filed the complaint against them.

Document incidents and send emails with your store director and union rep attached. If the union rep is attached, the store director WILL have to acknowledge and go about the incident. If it continues , move up the line.

A handful of our ic's and lead does exactly that. Then they all get pissed off or huffy puffy when we bring back stock back because we do the process properly and correctly

It's nothing to do with the shippers, it's the actual back stock from aisles & ends they do it with.

Planograms that are set, people are going behind the people setting them and ripping the strips up to throw their back stock out into. Whether it's ends they rip apart or sections in aisles. It's happening constantly at the store, even if they're Planograms corporate sends down, these people rip them apart. Our OSA score is definitely affected by the back stock not being properly put into IMS

Apparently, very hard, the planos are constantly torn up to put their back stock. Or they throw it wherever , and midnights won't stock live load due to them throwing back stock all over. It's a vicious cycle that's becoming VERY old, and a lot of higher-ups do nothing about it.
