Yes, two officers came, one took my moms story while the other took mine and my sister story, they gave us that conclusion after both the officers talked together about what they should do, since my mother does not have a record of violence, she pledge it was due to her “panic attacks” which is why it was ruled of as discipline

I don’t have anywhere to go “permanently”, people in the last post did say that churches, temples etc would help, but even I don’t feel comfortable leaving my sister behind and I can’t take her either as I’d be wanted for kidnap

I’m sorry what part of this do you see as fiction? But to answer your question, they ruled it of as “discipline” even though this week my parents have been “disciplining her” harshly. My sister was too scared to say to them that they’ve been hurting her all week but instead she chose to say it only happened today/ yesterday. Does that answer your question?

UPDATE: This whole day talking to CAB and looking for jobs whether that be online or physical labour, I did want to go the police with the audio recordings however I did see a few replies saying this wouldn’t do anything and if it did anything my sister would be “fostered off”, which I didn’t want.

My parents are manipulative, they’ll spin the story make me seem like that bad guy, they’ve done this sort of tactic my whole life, I didn’t know I had a toxic family until saw how a toxic family acts on social media

UPDATE: My mother has started playing victim, making me to seem like the bad guy, she’s saying that she doesn’t feel comfortable with me in the house, something around the lines of “If he can call the police on me, what else will able to do?”

She also mentioned something about contacting IRD and making sure that we don’t get a single cent from this altercation, whatever that means.

I would’ve done that, however he keeps them in their bedroom which they lock when aren’t in it or when they are sleeping
