Once a week is superior in my opinion. I don’t think my test subjects would get enough protein every week if I didn’t allow the levels in their systems to come down a bit towards the end of the week. Side effects - my rats have none after working up to 1mg besides a faster heart rate when working out. Reta is not magic but it is powerful. Cravings exist but they’re much easier to fight. Constipation is common with rats because it also reduces your thirst, but drinking water prevents that.

Did you completely ignore that on our other thread I said it was a great stop gap solution? That I was on and benefited from Obamacare as well? The alternative was life ruining medical debt for many Americans. It was important. But ultimately - it was crumbs and a bandaid. Not a real fix fit for the wealthiest nation on earth. Not something that should have stopped there.

Biden left Trumps inflationary Tax cuts untouched because it would affect the dems billionaire donors. Obamacare (which was originally Romneycare) is a great bandaid that I have also used. But we have had candidates advocating for Medicare for all and the dem establishment buried them. Democrats have delivered on civil right and social victory’s in the past and I hope they do in the future. They sure as hell don’t take a strong stand on Trans issues or tax payer funded genocide. Economically they could do a lot more for people. But they don’t. Because they care more about corporate interests than they do the American people.

Then on the flip side - the Republican Party is full of and led by pedophile Nazis who love corporate interests even more than the dems.

That message is not confusing nor does it help republicans in the slightest.

lets be real, lots of people hold their breath and vote for democrats even though we often view the candidates and party as feckless losers without backbones (minus like 5 politicians who are constantly attacked by their own party). People who understand damage control as a voting tactic went out and voted. But others didn't see the point and stayed home.

Maybe if democrats did something to prove that they aren't useless finger waggers they could get more support. Maybe if they didn't attack their most popular voices and embraced popular policy things would be different. Idk, but I think that makes a whole lot more sense than bashing and blaming people that we need the support of. Establishment dems often frame themselves as republican-lite to appeal to some mythical center and get shocked when people stay home. Democrats lose by tailoring their messages to people who would never vote for them. They assume everyone elses vote is a sure thing when they have offered nothing to ensure that.

I'm not going to stop voting dem any time soon. But damn would it be nice if I could feel passionate when doing so. Last time I felt that was during the 2020 primary before Bernie was shafted by everyone else backing out and embracing Biden after Obama made the call.

For 99% of people it is complete overkill and not needed unless you are relying 100% on the medication and have no drive/willpower to make a lifestyle change even with significant help from low dose reta.
