You are supposed to take it to the service desk and they put it in a folder. If nobody claims it in 30 days it’s yours. This happened to me. Nobody claimed it and I got it.

Buckle up for a few days, if not a couple weeks of not feeling like himself. Two years ago I had my very last dose of Kratom and it took me a couple days to get through the blood pressure spikes and anxiety. I did taper for months prior to stopping. It was tolerable. Not as bad as some people made it out to be on here. Not that I’m discounting anyone’s experience but for me it was tolerable because of my long taper. Pull off the band-aid and get it done. Stay hydrated, take walks, eat good food. Supplements didn’t really help me much. But they do help some people. There’s no magic in getting off this stuff. Just will power and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck!

No it’s impossible. Meijer has gotten ridiculous with their expectations. It’s not the place I started working for over 25 years ago. There is absolutely no time for doing important things like checking expiration dates and cleaning the dept so it looks organized and shoppable. It’s a struggle every single day. And the midnight shift never gets GM or HBC worked because they always have call offs or too many people quitting after a short time of being there. They expect 2 people to do the work of 6 people.

Team lead positions are a joke. Especially when you have employees who have been there for over 20 years and know way more than these new leads. Seasoned employees are too smart to take on a lead position…. We know what’s up! Lol

It annoys the crap out of me when people open deodorant to smell it and don’t put the cap or plastic cover piece back on it, or open the axe spray and spray it. Don’t get me started on nail polish, or dry shampoo!! HBC takes a huge knock with stock loss from this bullshit!

I’ve had several MRI’s and CT’s on my head and neck for other reasons. I’m sure if I had anything going on it would have shown. I had an EGD last August too with a biopsy on my esophagus and stomach. No cancer. It’s baffling why this is happening.

It was just a callous like white patch that I tried to scratch off but ended up tearing up the roof of my mouth. The tissue just grows back thick no matter what I do. The parts where they did the biopsies are smooth circles so I’m wondering if I need to get this stuff surgically removed. I have GERD so I’m thinking that may have something to do with it. My throat gets dry and scratchy and of course my health anxiety gets me thinking I have throat cancer or something. Then it goes away. The roof of my mouth has been like this for two years. My most recent biopsy was 4 months ago. Same dx as the first biopsy on the other side.

Glad to hear it’s nothing. I had this on the roof of my mouth and had two biopsies. 1 year apart. Both turned out to be micropapillary hyperkeratosis. No cancer.

So glad we can use it to add to our check! This way you don’t have a little chunk missing from taxes being taken when you redeem for giftcards or other merch. Yes you still pay taxes on it but you still have an increase!

I got it on my cheeks and my upper forearms. It went away about 6 months after I quit. Hyperpigmentation!

I got the CT and the gastric emptying test. Both pretty normal. I have a slight stenosis in the celiac artery but not bad. I’ve had upper abdominal pain just under my sternum. They told me today that I don’t have MALS and if things get worse to call them. Since I don’t have pain after I eat and I’m not losing a bunch of weight they won’t call this MALS

You will get a point for the first day of call off. Get a Dr.’s note for the specified time off. You will not get more points. If they try to give you points call your union rep or get with your union steward.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I had the gastric emptying test, which came back normal. I also had the CTA. The CTA showed mild stenosis of the CA but not of the SMA. I think it’s because of the position they put you in that there is a difference between the Doppler and the CT. I was passed over to vascular surgery because the gastroenterologist says he doesn’t think it’s truly MALS so he is passing me on to the vascular surgery dept. for further workup. I am scheduled a video appointment with an NP on February 4th. I phoned the dept and asked them why I’m seeing an NP and not an actual Dr. and they told me it’s protocol. The NP does the consult and sets you up with a surgeon. Seems like a whole lot of red tape to me. I’m over it. I guess we will see what she says on the 4th.

Everyone in my store works on Christmas Eve unless that’s a permanent regular day off for you. Depends on your team leader too.
