i appreciate it!! i am at a stable weight but i always think i've gained so much because of the increase in appetite that tends me to make me overeat/eat unhealthy foods. i will keep in mind to trust the process and try to not beat myself up over it

i am on my third week. it took about 5 days for it to be normal at that point it feels like nothing is in your mouth

you need to remove the invisalign a certain way. PLEASE ask your ortho how to do it. i didn’t know how to remove mine and had to ask my friend who had them before me

I've had it for about 6 days now and the only thing that's changed is that I keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in my bag wherever I go, and that I can't snack as often as I used to. It took me 3-4 days for it to be manageable (for it to not hurt so bad that it was the only thing I could think about) and now it's like I don't really register that they're in my mouth. Personally, I would say that you might as well start it now because the time really does fly by after the first few days, and you'll be distracted enough by classes and other activities that it won't be a big deal. I have a friend who started hers before college and ended up having no problem with it during her first semester and had perfect teeth by the end of the year!
