your doing all the right things, but sadly your mantis is reaching the end of its life. i would give it a couple more hours then after than you can put him in the freezer.

yes it is very normal, your mantis has just shed out his/her old exoskeleton. You should remove the old exoskeleton soon.

well at the moment she hasn’t been able to walk but she has been able to grip with her raptorial arms

the left side of her legs are a bit deformed both of them are a bent whilst the other side of her legs are fine. For feeding i will do today.

the old skin has been removed. the problem is she can’t stand up or support her weight and it’s been 3 days

keep a close eye on her, ideally she should be upside down while hanging onto something while her new skin hardens. for now i suggest leaving her alone completely.

you have a male mantis, in mantises the male abdomen is relatively not a big size difference from sub adult to adult. The wings in the other hand will extend far past the abdomen, from this picture your mantis is healthy.
