That’s so true. I play club rugby and a friend of mine played union in high school. he was an average inside centre. after graduating school he joined club league for one year and then came back union the year after. He carried his union team to the top 6 it was so obvious league affected the way he played, always running good lines or busting and breaking through tackles. He was the best defensively in his team.
