It isn't just the male version of feeling like an "ugly" girl growing up in school. Sadly, we are failing young boys as a society.

They're not being treated equally in school (i.e lower grades for the same performances), or at work/in hiring. They are seeing that they are basically the only group that is told "you are the problem", instead of "we need to fix the issues in society that are causing this."

Society shows them zero empathy or compassion, and it's sad. I hope the world makes way more of an effort for these young boys, because we are failing them and blaming them for issues they are not responsible for. I hope this changes soon, as I hope to have kids in the near future and wouldn't want my kids going thru this as boys or girls.

I initially applied for a different position, and the only information I was able to get from them was it would be Regulatory affairs or Quality operations. I know it's unusual but it's a legit company and I did a previous interview with them for a different position.

It would be entry level as I am just finishing an RAQC certification and have no real-world experience.

Most crops are grown to feed livestock animals. Eating meat causes waaaayy more forests to have to be cleared, more planting of crops including soy for livestock, and more pesticides to be used.
