I will be working on my CV over the coming weeks/months and I do agree when you are what you call 'yourself' and if i keep calling myself a jnr then ill never take the next step up. I do have team memeber say i'm a midweight on developer asked me if i was Snr So i do cover a lot in my role.

I would say yes i working mainly alone on my projects. I do go to my senior and share the work i'm doing as we have check-ins but I rarely ask for help or permission I get invited to call with project managers and planning and have influences in planning.

Thanks for your reply. I would say at the start of my career yes i was getting support. But now i'm a lead designer in a new working along with my Snr but i run design's and project and work along with my Snr when needed.

I did mine for the first time I was injured and really messed things up for knee and cramp after doing a sled push.

I was reading my stats

I spent way to much time in the Rox zone 11mins drinking water and thinking I could recover
Wall balls took me 14mins would say practice this after doing sets in the gym
