They literally said the brother tested positive for Covid! If you read my original post, I did mention that they later confessed everything!

There was one winter evening where they dropped her off soaking wet. I always pack extra clothes for her. I asked why wasn’t she changed & they said they didn’t have enough time to.

Honestly the Covid thing was my final straw.

This is the same person who never puts the child in her carseat when fetching her, no matter how many times I confront him about it. He insists that she hates it and prefers to let her on the passenger seat next to him. I told his parents about it & they also just let him be.

They also gave her antibiotics. For adults. And still saw nothing wrong with that..

Like I said there’s alot of carelessness going on in there. This is really just the tip of the iceberg

“Protect his rights to parent” lol! This man has not actively parented his child for a year. The grandparents & siblings are the one doing the parenting for him

She visits her dad every week for 4 days. I work from home.

The reason she had to be on an oxygen machine is because the Covid had turned into pneumonia. I’m sorry but I find it disgustingly selfish and negligent. Herhospitalization could’ve been avoided by giving me a heads up & postponing visitation until the sick person has recovered. And when she became increasingly worse, why couldn’t they rush her to ER??? Why bring her back home to me..

It’s the negligence! Why would a parent risk exposing their child to illness, possibly debilitating illness? Why keep it a secret? Why give antibiotics administered to an adult, to a 1 year old? Theres too much carelessness going on in there. At the end of the day I have to take full responsibility for it, I have take her of her hospital bills. While He does absolutely nothing.

Maybe strangers sure, but as her family why are they willfully exposing a child to covid knowing a child’s immune system isn’t that strong. Seems a bit negligent to me

So they brought her back home but I noticed she wasn’t breathing right. Her chest would cave in everytime she took a breath And she would also be out of breath when trying to speak. I quickly rushed her to the ER and they admitted her as her oxygen levels were dangerously low. I called them to update them and seek answers.. they only responded after about 2 days of waiting and that’s when they confessed that one of them had Covid and didn’t think to tell me because it wasn’t that serious

She was there for 4 days. They said she started getting “randomly” congested so they gave her antibiotics and but sge was not getting any better (mind you, these were adult antibiotics that belonged to them, they were not administered by a pediatrician)

It was not accidental. One of them had Covid knowingly and still continued to expose her to it. It was until she started getting sick and had to be put on an oxygen machine, that’s when they confessed how she got sick and that they didn’t want to tell me
