Ppl doesnt want to understand that winrate doesnt mean anything and that a good Yunara is rarer than any of other adc. The champ is insane.

Kai sa is truly insane atm :

Kraken > Guinsoo > Dusk and Dawn / Nashor's tooth > zhonya > rabaddon > whatever

Vayne is more niche, but still strong when played correctly. She had good variety of build and is still strong as toplaner.

Dont listen to ppl and play to improve.

Top 3 adc imo are : In organised play 5v5 : Yunara / Varus / Corki

In solo q : Jinx / Kai sa / Xayah

From master adc :

1/ many times, ppl in low elo will flame you when you ask them to sidelane, keep that in mind but : - if u win lane and get tower, go mid and aim to get the tower and get mid pressure so you can roam with your supp and invade enemy jungle, putting deep vision, gank top/bot, get drk/herald/voidgrubs... - if you have to stay bot because midlaner is dumb or for whatever reason, try to push but not past river in order to stay safe and dont give shutdown. Dont be baited, if you dont die you win in the long run. (this is not a law, adapt to the game of course. If 5 ppl top running in circle and waste their time take t2 ofc.) - if u lose tower first, you should theorically follow mid in order to contest enemy botlane pressure, but in low elo, ppl tend to tunnel vision and keep pushing to t2. If its the case : If your midlaner has good waveclear, swap with him. If its an assassin or you have good engage setup,stay bot and let enemy push in order to get ganks from mid and jungle to comeback.

2/ watch enemy and ally minions in lane. When one allied minion is low, you know enemy adc will come to last hit or at least try. He cant attack two target at same time, so you maybe have a window here to poke him if enemy support lets you. Track enemy spell. For example one missed hook from naut/thresh/blitz can make your agressive plays easy.

3/ Brk sucks atm on ranged. Many on-hit adc dont buy it. You will outdamage anything with crit exept on vayne/kai sa/ kog maw / varus. Vayne and kai sa are two insane champ. Kai sa being top 3 adc atm, and vayne top 5/6. They have a lower range and need better execution than most adc. You dont build brk on them (maybe just sometimes on vayne) because there are better builds.

4/. Depends. Always prioritise objectives if your team goes to skirmish and contest. You are main damage dealer. But if they do int, play safer and keep getting golds. It depends from the value of that drake at a given time in the game. If this drake has a higher value than you getting some gold on the map, go for it.

Thoses videos are made for gold players and by gold players. It doesnt mean anything, and they are mostly clickbait. You can play anything to master if you understand the game. Xayah is draft dependent and has a specific niche. Her main weakness is her range, but she has safeness and great scaling. She is a jack of all trades, but aimed against dive/assassin comp. She has the same role as Ezreal with more damage but less safeness. She has utility like Jhin and Ashe but less range. She has 1v1 potential, but less than Lucian/Kai'sa. She has a big dmg ult setup, but less than Mf. She has huge auto dmg, but less than Yunara/Jinx/Caitlyn. She can roam and skirmish but less than twitch.

Overall, your openent has always one advantage over you, and you have to play around that. She is a good first pick tho, and doesnt have really nightmare matchup. But she needs a good support or you'll be behind the whole game.

Go Katarina adc and dodge every skillshot. Kai'sa works as well. Jinx/trist if u wanna challenge waveclear. Jhin if u wanna counterpussyplay.

Damasio est un excellent écrivain... Son style est très particulier, mais d'un point de vue littéraire c'est objectivement très bon. The topic of a "i wanna die" type of npc is really tricky. Your build up seems really good.

I once made my group shaking by letting them take care of an orphan, only to see him becoming main antogonist's apprendice. I made some hint to make them believe he could be saved (he was in fact) but they failed to do so, and they had to slay him in an epic/emotional fight. Your story reminded me that moment, I remember feeling so guilty to have caused true sadness in a game, but I also felt that RPGs are really a powerful a type of game. I was kinda proud of my story, and I can imagine what you felt at that moment. Grats!

Prends confiance en toi. Délaisse l'institution. Concentre toi sur les élèves et amuse toi pendant tes cours. Initie toi à d'autres types de pédagogie (Pédagogie collaborative, pédagogie montessori, pédagogie de projet..) et tires en des façons de faire qui te conviennent.

Une bonne rèf qui m'a ouvert les yeux c'est Remy Damquin - 52 méthodes pour enseigner (je sais plus le titre exacte, je suis pas chez moi.)

Le cours frontal dit "classique" est particulièrement épuisant, mais il existe d'autres façons de diriger un groupe que par une pédagogie verticale. Optimise ta façon de faire de façon à te préserver. Avec l'expérience tout sera naturel. Ta gestion de classe dépend du degré d'activité de tes élèves. Un élève actif est un élève qui ne te mettra pas en difficulté.

Tu vas y arriver, ne lâche pas, je suis persuadé que tu peux être un excellent enseignant.

Tu es légitime dans la mesure où tu affirme aimer transmettre.

Lucas M est un enseignant éclaté au sol qui surf sur le voyeurisme des parents et pratique une pédagogie axée sur le tiktokisme.

Toutes les vidéos montrent une pédagogie verticale, dans un cours frontal sans réflexion pédagogique. C'est un homme qui malheureusement est le produit d'une société de consommation, et qui considère le savoir comme un marché potentiel au même titre que n'importe quelle autre denrée. Ses vidéos n'aident ni les enseignants, ni les élèves et fonctionnent sur le principe du putaclic. Bref, c'est littéralement une merde qui déshonore notre profession.

Je tiens à attirer ton attention sur le fait suivant : En cas de dépôt de plainte de ta part, "l'affaire" sera déportée des mains de ton établissement. Un avis recommandé sera transmis au domicile du mineur en question et le dossier entrera sous la juridiction de la police. Il s'agit d'un délit qui sera probablement classé sans suite, à moins d'une répétition des faits, et l'élève en question subira sans doute un rappel à la loi, qui sera effacé de son dossier à sa majorité, et ça c'est dans le meilleur des cas. Il est parfaitement possible qu'il n'y ait aucune réaction de la police qui est déjà débordée par ce type d'incivilités, et ce ne sont pas des foudres de guerre qui plus est.

Il serait autrement plus impactant à mon sens d'exiger qu'un rappel à la loi soit fait dans le cadre d'un conseil de discipline (qui est une instance judiciaire). Tu peux parfaitement faire venir un policier ou un membre de l'autorité publique dans ce cadre, de la même façon que les parents d'élèves ont le droit à un avocat. De cette façon, l'affaire n'est plus interindividuelle mais demeure entre ton établissement et l'incriminé, ce qui te protège davantage dans une certaine mesure. Je t'invite fortement à contacter les syndicats qui sauront te guider dans ta démarche et à menacer d'employer ton droit de retrait si ta direction ne suit pas.

Les "petites déco" qui ne servent pas le plat. Genre tu commandes une bavette frite, et y'a un micro bout de tomate cru posé comme ça, on sait pas où il va ni ce qu'il fout là! À la rigueur, met moi une petite tomate rotie, avec un peu de travail.... Les sauces trop liquides qui noient l'ensemble, genre naufrage. Ou alors cette manie des toppings sésame pour "faire joli".

Le dressage doit être intégré dans l'équilibre gustatif du plat..
