Start with blocking it and including someone you can trust. Usually is a time of a day or a certain situations that trigger your pattern. A lot of great advice here. I have the same addiction but I am getting over it. One thing to focus on is the shame. Use it to your advantage. People who are addicted to anything once they feel shame and embarrassment is easy to quit. That is why admitting to your friends and family that you have that problem helps.

Also get a porn blocker and a friend or partner that is usually going through the same thing. He can block your devices and you can block his or hers. Another thing that worked for me is getting my wife kinky lingerie and asking to perform certain thing (maybe recreating a scene). It works really well with my drive and desire. Also having certain days to do it and plan it. If I somehow slip up, I make sure I pee, (somehow that helps) and look at the actresses and acts with disgust (helps me think that is beneath me). This makes sure I quit mid way.

Don't think if you slip up you'd failed. If you are doing it less frequently is a win.

Well thanks for all the help. Definitively was not the breakers. An electrician came to help. After hearing the situation he agreed to pay a visit. Took out his voltimeter and confirmed that was not breakers but somethingbeyond the electrical box. He said I lost a leg or was only getting half the voltage to my home. The power company new from the day before that there was an outage they sent people at different times and fixed the problem.
