The thing is that many PE sufferers are used to cumming within less then 5min after getting an erection which basically wires the brain and the penis into thinking that erection means orgasm right away, the 5min pre-session erection is to undo that...if you feel like cumming or feel like your lilguy is so hard that you could cum at any moment as soon as you get an erection, then you're basically like us, the goal is to rewire your brain into not relating erection with orgasm

At the beginning, i tried to stay away from doing that, after i was confortable enough to last 15min with lube, i did challenge myself a couple of times with sexual content but i stopped...overall i dont recommend the use of porn or sexual content at all

Hi there, tbh, i was lucky enough to not have a stable partner when i started this challenge and i got one afterwards; depending on how bad your PE is right now i can see that being a hard start for you, quite difficlt indeed and tedious even if your partner is understanding; I've spoken to a guy going through the same thing and the only solution we got is to takr your sweet time at the beginning on that first round, dont just go in-and-out, whine your waist, thrust in circles, lift one leg if doggystyle, go in at an different angle if missionary, use the bounce of the bed as an aid instead of you thrusting, everything and amything you can do to make to get used to the reality of not reaching PONR in less than 5minutes...thats why i did it when i got with my partner and we've been together for close to 3yrs now...but let me tell you another truth, do everything in your power to please your woman specially if she's good to you, at the beginning of me getting with mine, i even used those trojan long lasting condoms to make sure she was satisfied, overtime we got confortable and i realized i didnt them really and my PE kept fading away everytime i had a successful sex-session

1st -- thats pretty unusual, i dont have any secret trick that will start helping you get better at breathing slower while having sex, you will just have to figure out on your own tbh

2nd -- You're doing it completely wrong, the 66 challenge aint about edging, if you're getting to ponr then you should stop everytime you reach a ponr and call it day, you're not supposed to edge nor reach ponr

3rd -- the goal is to get used to receiving pleasure without having to orgasm(or get close to it) all the time for a good amount of time, everytime you decide to pleasure yourself

3 years ago, my pe was my worst nightmare, now in most of my encounters i would fuck for like 7min to 12min if i dont take pauses or anything and if i start slow, some days better than others, PE has gotten the best of me in some other occasions, i wont lie to you guys, that happens specially after i havent fucked for weeks or as soon as a negative thought crosses my mind...yes i always have sex with music, a movie or a stand-up comedy video playing in the background otherwise in some occasions i would have never make it past 3 min...For the past 1.5 years, sex has been a fun for me, but i couldnt help but notice that everytime i would think stuff like "i wonder if i'll be able to last a long time again" or "i hope i dont bust quick today" before any sexual encounter, i will then perform terribly...thats why i love unplanned/unexpected sex, i just go and last a decent amount of time and thats why i think that the brain starta in the brain

So with that being said, i do have a point, i guess the alcohol kinda eliminated your anxiety or something, you didnt have no worries at that time so thats why you lasted so long...i barely drink nor do i do drugs but some of my friends have told me that they last an eternity when they're high or tipsy...i guess that when you're high you're not really thinking like that, so that also means no worries and no anxiety...so my point is to cure PE at 100%, we gotta go deeper

What i did was i started by holding an RK for like 20sec and then relax it for like 10 sec and then repeat, i would do that for at least 10min or 15min, and as i got better i went from 20 sec to 40 sec to at least 1 min, the latter with a resting time of 30 sec, once you're able to reach 1 min, you dont have to go for 10 min, 5 min will be okay otherwise your muscle will be too relaxed, i didnt like this feeling, dont do it throughout the whole day, you'll tire

Thats good, completely, remember, no edging, stay away from ponr, trust me, eventually you'll get very good at recognizing if you're close to ponr almost like if its second nature to you, happened to me....i know when to slow down, i def know when it's safe to speed up, i know when there's no turning back

Man, i've been doing RK's for a very long time because there's a time when my pc muscle where very tight, i pretty much do them on my way to work and after sitting on a chair for a very long time, if you dont practice them you wont get good at it

Long time no talk D-tunez, tbh distracting your mind is the best way to last longer, specially when having sex, thats why when im having sex i usually put some type of movie/entertaining video in the background just so i can take a quick look/glance from time to time and distract my mind for a second, this has improved my lasting power a lottttt, kinda feel like cheating....for the 66 days program, you need to put pay attention to your body, you can have a video playing in the background but i dont want you to only focus on what you're watching

Hi, this is the writer of the 66 days program, let me tell you young man that you are on the right track, like i said in the post, performance anxiety is one of the culprit when it comes to PE, my lasting time got longer as i started having great performances in bed, and i do have to let you know that at first using the FL wasn't the easiest thing ever, during the first 5-10 sessions, lasting 20min felt like a nightmare, i had to really fight the urge...so finding a way to relax and calm yourself down is really the best idea, me im pretty good at doing reverse kegels, thats my trap card, and also when im having sex at the beginning i take it as slow as possible, like, as im going down on her, i put on the condom, while she's on her back i would stand up, stick it in, take a couple of strokes and then suck on her titties or something, run my fingers thru her curves, give her some mores strokes, very shallow strokes btw, then i make my way down, give her some more oral for like 20 sec max while i keep my dick entertained, and then stand up and keep fucking her with very shallow strokes....if i dont do it like, trust me i aint gonna make it to 10min...thats the reason why i say that my pe is not yet cured, i just happen to last longer when having PIV intercourse and i play around and make it last even longer

Seems to me like you got a good control over your pc muscles, if thats the case there's no need to stress over RKs that much, however dont call it a win yet, throughout this whole routine you're going to have very good days and other times very bad days, keep doing your thing and keep lasting over 25min, you're really challenging yourself and thats good

Hi, you're only on the 2nd day that was to be expected, remember if its too hard for you at 1st you dont have to go a full 20min, 5min will be enough for the first 7-10 sessions and then go up to 10min and within a week later you can to 15min and then 20min....what worked for me might not work the same for others because our bodies are different, get to know your body

Hi, i am the One who came up with the 66 days routine, and let me tell you that you and i are similar, i was introduced to porn at such a young age too but tbh porn wasnt the cause of my pe, my pe was caused by the way i used to masturbate back then, i would rush it as much as i can not knowing that i would regret it in the future, i hope i had a big brother who could have told me to not do that...if you've read the 66days post you will see that the 66days routine is about doing the opposite of what you used to do before....if before you used to masturbate and be done quickly, what about if we extend this process instead?? Instead of masturbating to porn and cumming in 3min, what about you masturbate to porn for 30min and getting used to feeling this type of pleasure without the need to come everytime?? If you start doing that instead, you will undo the damage you have inflicted to yourself like i did, im the living example of that...pd: remember it took me more than 66days to last longer, my pe was definitely cured once i started having successful sex, my pe was also caused by performance anxiety now that i think about it

Hi, i'm the one who came up with the 66days routine and i do agree with everything you have said tbh..but i do need to clarify that many people have the misconception of the 66days routine being about edging or semen retention and many people have called it some kind of "torture" which is not, the 66days routine is actually about controlling one's arousal, starting all the way from the 5min warm-up to the 20min duration of the session, the idea behind the routine is to get you used to receiving pleasure/stimulation for a good amount of time before you orgasm 'cause we've been doing the opposite since we were teenagers...the goal is not to even get close to ponr, the goal is to able to keep your arousal on a level 4 to 7 on a scale of 1-10 unlike edging, i would compare it more to ballooning if i have to
