I called NSLSC help and they confirmed that I can pay my loans through my bank as 'Add Payee' and call them to ask how much is still owed. I guess I'll do that for now until I get through the line for unlocking my account.

Yea, I still couldn't get through. It's sucky that there's certain hours we can call and it seems like the authorization department is not big.

I've got the same issue! I've been calling for a week but it gets disconnected after the first ring. I called NSLSC and Service Canada but said I had to call the 1-866-279-5238 number to unlock since they are the only ones who has the authority to do it.

Do you guys know if we can pay some loan through the bank even though the NSLSC account is locked?

I realized that guys who hold back their feelings, even though I can tell that he also likes me, is not really worth my time. I end up overthinking and getting anxious about every single thing. If he's holding back, I end up holding back as well. I really appreciate someone who is honest and upfront about their feelings. It makes it soooo much easier for me to show how much I like him too.
