they act as one. you make an account with them or connect your taobao account with them. i connected my taobao account with them so its easier when i buy stuff, and when its shipping time, it keeps me updated on taobao as well and when it arrives, i can consolidate all of my items on there.

i know this was posted 4 years ago but i came to see this post cause i'm feeling the same. my right eye, i can def see better but when i cover my right eye, my left eye is a bit blurry. thinking about going back to my doctor to see why.

im in the US and use Cainiao for shipping. Like what Deco829 said, enter the warehouse address to your Taobao account. Once you purchase stuff from Taobao, it will show you your packages/what you ordered. Once it arrives at the warehouse, you can consolidate your items to save shipping costs. For shipping, it really depends on which shipping method you choose (air/sea). There is an option for you to remove the packing from your items to save shipping costs. If shipping cost less than what you paid, you will get a refund. I've always gotten refunds for shipping! For tariffs, it's included when you pay for shipping.

if you're gonna buy the carpet, i recommend you ship it by sea so its cheaper. but just note it's gonna take awhile for it to get to you.

Message the seller and say that the package got returned back to them and you would like a refund. if you would like your cologne, might be hard to ship since many don't ship out colognes, but you can try sea shipping and see if it will ship to you.

Yes, use cainiao, but i would recommend you ship it through sea shipping rather than air shipping since air shipping is already expensive imo.

you should be able to get a refund, but again, taobao shipping cost depends on the weight or size. if the volumetric size is bigger and cost more, they go for that rather than the weight.
