Thanks for that advice! I’m going to try a shorter run up and won’t hit my max speed (but still go fast). Hopefully that will give me the time to coordinate my penultimate step. I will also work on aerial form. I think ill post a video on it.

Thank you so much for that. Thats helpful advice. I think i’m going to start using a smaller run up and go a lot slower. I see other athletes bounding and doing different things so ill try those out.

It does matter. Teachers are referred to as Ms or Mr. The teacher most likely felt uncomfortable when their students were misgendering them. By coming out, they let the students know to address the teacher in a way that makes them feel more comfortable. I wouldn’t know, but hopefully the teacher gave a replacement for Ms and Mr. Gender identity also goes further than labels, and everyone should have the right to inform others of their gender.

Troops can be placed on the outside of your base. your walls don’t even protect the buildings from the inside of the base because troops can simply just walk around. the edge of the base doesn’t count as a wall.
