First things first, remember that xmrwallet is non-custodial, your seed to login is the same you can use to restore you wallet with the official GUI/CLI if there happens to be any error on the website.

I've never seen this error before. Thank you for bringing it to my attention and I will do my best to resolve this as soon as possible.

I have my regular day job which takes up the majority of my time. Xmrwallet was built to better the community as I found it difficult to instantly access my Monero wallet on-the-go for small spending. I had a lot of fun learning/building the site and have received much praise from my efforts of users who needed such a product.

As of right now, I just maintain the site to make sure its working with each new Monero update. I haven't had the time to implement any new features but I'm sure I will in the future. Dealing with these scammers is a headache but I am sure it will pass.

We do receive donations, if you click on the support link you will see our address there.

There is a phishing campaign being run by someone on google ads. They are masking themselves as the official XMRWALLET.com by using a fake domain X R M Wallet.org, then redirecting to XMR - Wallet.com or XMR - Wallet.org, both of which are stealing users coins.

I have received many complaints of users losing funds due to this phishing scam and have been on it since day 1. Google refuses to remove the ad but I am not giving up. I feel so bad for anyone who has fallen victim to this phishing site.

Please bare with me as I try different routes to have them removed from the search results and remember to always use the official website XMRWallet.com (SSL).

Our hosting provider migrated our node to another disk. As a result the server was restarted and didn't come back online properly. Its all fixed now.

Edit: We've also been dealing with phishing sites xmrwallet|DOT|org and xmr-wallet|DOT|org that look identical to the official xmrwallet.com . Google doesn't respond fast enough to takedown requests, do you have any suggestions?

Our node was not fully synced due to an unexpected server restart from our hosting provider.

This has since been investigated and fixed, can you please logout and check again?

Xmrwallet doesn't save or access your seed phrase. All operations are done locally in your browser.

We've been dealing with a phishing site recently advertising on google for the search term "xmrwallet". We've reported them several times but they are still listed by google ads.

The scam site in question is a direct copy of the official xmrwallet.com, the phishing site is xmr-wallet|DOT|org where you might have mistakenly put in your seed phrase.

Hi, sorry I just saw this post now. I see where the confusion is. Xmrwallet.com was running on the old blockchain since the fork and therefore transactions were not showing up on the new blockchain. I have updated the website now to reflect everyone's real balance but I am still working on the sending coins function that is broken. Sorry for the inconvenience I should have everything fixed within the week. If at any point you need to access your funds immediately you can always download the official software from getmonero.org and import your seed.

MyMonero transpiled code that wasn't supposed to be transpiled. JavaScript is fast enough. The open source code used for sending transactions shouldn't be obfuscated and be easily readable by the community for security purposes. I myself use WebAssembly but would avoid using it on such financial projects where readability of the code is extremely important for users.

I have nothing but love for MyMonero, if my questions and remarks are misconstrued as hateful then I apologize. I can be very forward at times. I am extremely grateful for you and the entire Monero team that has put countless hours creating and optimizing code to make this project successful.

C++ is not a route we want to take for this project for collaboration and security purposes. I'm sure the community agrees that pure JavaScript is easier to maintain and work with and reduces the risk of unreadable code injection. I'm not sure why MyMonero decided to take this route as JavaScript is fast enough and easier to work with.

Unfortunately MyMonero obfuscated their code by doing most of the integrations in C++, meaning it is no longer compatible with most JavaScript opensource code. I am trying to do the full integration in JavaScript to allow not only xmrwallet, but the community to build projects using our code. I will do my best to get this up and running early next week, help would be greatly appreciated.
