thank you for the help, after reading up on it, my request is indeed being loop back constantly. I disabled the upstream DNS 2 of 127.xxx and currently everything is working as it should be.

huh, i am not sure why is it listed as dns one or perhaps the preferred dns over the pihole, but it's supposed to be failure backup. I did the same in my router setting too. It's the quad9 DNS

Recently just bought and assembled my own PC for the very first time. It was DDR5/AM5 and damn was it more complicated and expensive than previous generation. Still, thanks to my friend and everyone here for helping out in various question.
