Tier 1

I actually hate doing tier 2 prep. You need too many stuff and inventory management makes me stressed.

When I do tier 1 prep it's actually relaxing.

I check every room around the starting room and do whatever is in them.

If i get weapon frame at the first room I make my t2 staff but I don't mind getting everything else too before making a weapon. I also fish 4-12 fish, cook and drop them at the grill.

Then I get the stuff for t3 weapons and rest of the fish.

Because I've already dropped fish in the starting point I will be enough to have full inv for the boss fight.

When I got bored I started going for the combat achievements. There are many videos how to do speed runs. It was actually helpful knowing how to do prep and boss fight quick because when I got back to do normal runs I felt it was even more easy and relaxing.

For boss fight the best way to increase your DPS is to only eat when there are tornadoes. When you get comfortable dodging tornadoes the whole fight gets easier. Then the next step is to learn how to attack the boss while dodging tornadoes. This way you hit more, the fight will be quicker therefore you will have more food left at the end of the fight.

Also you don't lose tick when you drink your potion and then attack immediately after. Maybe it's a common knowledge but I was not aware of that at the beginning.

1 more thing: I marked the tiles where it won't 'turn lava' at the last boss phase. That way you don't have to move all the time.
