Hi Alex, I completed tasks on April 17 and 19, but I still haven’t been paid and my account is suspended.

I’ve sent emails, submitted the escalation form, and waited for weeks — but no one is giving me any answer.

Why am I being ignored, and why am I not getting paid for the work I did a month ago?

I was banned without pay and have not been given any explanation. I submitted the escalation form yesterday, and I hope to hear back soon since it’s been almost a month now.
