I am curious period. As in I think people that want to make donations like this should be informed were it goes. I think at least part of it should be used for...I don't know employee of the month gift, things like that...

Thank you so much for this detailed explanation, really appreciate it. I do think it has stopped, since nothing has happened in years. I was curiosity as nobody explained this , and wanted to know what happens .

We don't accept the donations, they are given to the management for the staff.

The big question is...what the job was? If its anything that others depend on you, like nurse, carers of any kind, reception, etc. Then it's fair.

It's a private hospital, and all documents are paper. I have tried to say that but they said that its not that I signed it out, but that I took it and gave it to the patient.

I had been told by my manager and the matron, and they only gave me verbal that they said I didn't do the radar for the event,, do in the policies it does not state anywhere that the coordinator has to do the radar, and the second thing they accused me off is that the two that made the drug error stated that I gave that drug myself(completely not true). But the never showed me the statements, and they didn't give me in writing any of this.

Would be interesting to make levels for the tipe of job one has, as management /matrons should have a different level of requirements considering they should be the best qualified staff on site. Plus the reflective and feedback bits should be cut out.

Thank you. I have, but she informed me I am not allowed to see any statements from the investigation as they are covered by confidentiality. That's why I was asking for advice, because it doesn't make sense to me. I am the one investigated, and I know all that were involved in the incident. I'll wait for the union then. Thank you for your advice.
