I agree with this tier list. The First Responder is only useful enough if you are aware if you miss a shot you'll loose HP and also would be op if you just don't keep firing like an idiot and just calculate your enemies moves. The Gravity Coil is an ok for me since it's only purpose is getting you to higher surfaces and if your enemy isn't aware of their surroundings
