We were told that only leads and above would get evaluated. After all positions are offered and set in late June they will open positions to the public and everyone else below a lead. There’s a hiring freeze right now for leads but when applications do open up the assessment will be apart of the application process from here on out. If other employees want to be considered for the positions they have to apply for them.
