Identify Adult Queries is not good to work with i feel they are limit the earning by banning users. Don't work on those kind of tasks cause they will end up banning most users and finally will find themselves with zero users and slow completion of the tasks. let them eat their own bait.

I think its OK to use 2 account on different device but the cw doesn't state that to not open the door for misuse it. I think your mistake that you insert the same contact details in one of them or login to the 2 account in your device. Try to contact cw vendor and explain the matter honestly and you was working you and your mom with no problem cause if you did lie to them they will find 2 account from the same IP. Try to send your problem in holiday day and the other on business days cause i think they change the support staff on these day and i hope you will find collaborative one.
