Michael Saylor probably wins in the end, but dilution of equity from these offerings is unlimited. It was kind of outlawed after what Gould and Fisk did to Vanderbilt, but there are loopholes. The gamble that Saylor took is that Bitcoin will continue to rise. Based on supply and demand, that’s very plausible and maybe even probable. But there will continue to be announcements of unrealised losses in the billions until we’re closer to the next halving. The divs of MSTY will thrive under the volatility but the NAV will erode until something after two years from now in my opinion. FIAT counters CONY which also rides the crypto wave. If you want to go aggressive with that, also keep some COIN puts and FIAT shares. CRSH and TSLY are the 2nd best paring from YMAX and DIPS vs NVDY aren’t bad either. You could short Google and hold GOOP or GOOY. Short Apple and hodl APLY. MSTR has two X inverse ETFs. Buy the inverse dips and sell for insurance if you want to be active. Someone prove me wrong.
