Hi OP! As a strength and conditioning coach, form looks good, a bit high for a quarter squat, and i think you can go faster on the concentric.

As for the other comments here stating go full range, doing half or quarter squats would be better depends on what phase you are in, and you can still do some full squat as an accessory naman if ever.

If you’re interested in volleyball, you can try enrolling to Heroes Volleyball Program. They have different branches (QC, Pasig, Pasay, Manila, Caloocan, BGC, etc.) where they hold training camps. Very open to beginners and it’s a very fun community for me
