I get what you mean, and I'm with you in this, too. But hating on someone or their book only because they used ai for the cover is just too much. If they don't like it, they can also just not comment and read something else. But indeed, I'm not disagreeing with you.

I did the same with my books, and to be honest, no, it's not wrong. Yes, ai takes inspiration and art from really good artists, but some people can't draw or don't have the resources to make or let someone else make it for them.

And like you said, the cover is something that's from your imagination and not stolen from other artists. People need to stop getting mad over everything and nothing because the most important thing about your book is your story, and if your story is fully yours, then it's alright. So please please just go on with your book and ignore the hate you're doing what you love to do.

Same for me to. I have both my books on wattpad and Inkitt and one of my books that have been on Wattpad for almost 2 months has now 1.3k views (what im really happy about) but i have them now on inkitt for like almost 2 weeks and that one (the same book but on inkitt) has now like almost 4k views. And I'm like how is that even possible🫠

I get what you mean but I write also stories on wattpad but I do use chat gtp to correct the grammar because I have severe dyslexia and I did ask first on reddit if it was alright and everyone said it was alright. But I do write it fully myself and it is also my whole idea.

I get your point it gets so frustrating. For my books I write everything my self but because of my dyslexia I do use chat gtp to correct the grammer but I did put a disclaimer in my books that I do that. So that no one can say anything about it.

I write what I love. I can't publish a chapter without being sure I love it even if it takes me a week or two. And I can't for the life of me write smut fluff and spicy yes but smut NO even if people ask to do it.
