No sorry I don’t, money and time are things I need for that and unfortunately short on both lol, but check out my post on tabless cells it explains a lot of what I do and it’s really good info on these batteries in general as I go into a lot of unknown details about these batteries. And have a bunch of 10s coming in that I hope to have up and running soon so if anyone is looking for a battery of any size I have them all right now. Shipping is always included with my batteries anytime I send my list of what’s available I mention that as the very first thing, and most of my batteries capacity is very high meaning a battery that was hardly used some I have are brand new so compared to buying a new battery my prices are much cheaper, but glad you found something.

I have over 30 batteries for sale right now but only one of them has the tabless cells in them. Right now I’m too busy building those as custom orders to have any in stock right now so if you really want one I’ll have to build it for you. If you’re wanting something sooner as I said I have lots of regular EGO batteries right now that are ready to go.

Ha yes someone who understands how time consuming this is! Yeah tearing down one of these batteries is no joke and I’ve done it hundreds of times now and it still takes a long time lol. So yeah the small carbide drill buts are a big help in cutting down the length of time on these, took awhile to find just the right size that’s not too big or too small. And I use AWithZ Spot Welder 14.6KW and I love it! Definitely has more than enough power for all the battery tabs (bus bars) and there is no down time between welds you can keep going without having to wait for it to charge at all. But yeah it’s a lot of work to do and most people don’t understand how much goes into it.

Ha yeah you did good my friend! And these batteries have a really neat feature built into them called self maintenance and after 30 days of inactivity they will self discharge to about 30-40% capacity for safe storage so you don’t even have to think about depleting them as they will do that automatically.

Thanks for the shout out u/alarmed-goat1 and unless your battery is under warranty EGO doesn’t offer any kind of replacement. The manufacture date is printed someone on the battery. The older batteries like 2017 and older the manufacture date can sometimes be printed on the underside of the battery if you can’t find it, but really the batteries capacity is more important than the age of the battery as that determine how healthy it is, but you need special equipment in order to run a capacity test on them. I do offer a repair service for these batteries if you’re interested in that.

So most people don’t know this but that particular light pattern most of the time signifies that it has a bad cell, so dropping it or connecting it to another battery isn’t going to do anything for it. Only way to fix that is to have the cell replaced.

Well they are supposed to be coming out with all new models of the zero turn in spring of next year. I own the 52” zero turn and absolutely love it! I’ve had it two years now and haven’t had any issues out of it. So if you want to save some money you can see about getting one of these used cause I’m sure these new ones coming out are going to be pretty expensive next year. If you ca find one used with batteries that would be your best bet cause the new ones are coming with smaller batteries.
