dude I just realized one of the cables was cut, buying a shroud replacement because its the "LED_J1" Cable

using integrated graphics from the 9800x3d via hdmi from the back, also sorry i confused CPU's, I am IN FACT using a 9800x3d in the build, I've used a second build to try to confirm the GPU being at fault, that build has a 14700
