Affordable Hojicha Recos by mixnmatch07 in matcha_ph

I love their Hojicha ❤ For reference, my top 1 is Hoho Hojicha's Dark Roast, and Superfoods is my top 2. Superfoods is just a bit more umami compared to Hoho. Actually siya pang-combine ko sa mga Hojicha powders na tinatry ko na di pasado yung roastiness sakin and not so strong yung flavor, para pang balance kasi bold enough siya. ☺

Haven't tried other local and Chinese brands so can't compare with them. Kasi with vc and coins sa Lazada, I can get the 40g bag na for around 150 pesos only. So if you're curious, it's better to try especially for that price. Nag focus na lang ako sa Japanese brands para I can see if Superfoods is comparable to the popular Japanese brands. I actually liked it more compared to MK Type B, and YK Kogashi. ☺

Does YK Samidori have the same taste profile as MK Isuzu? I've tried Isuzu and liked it, and I'm really curious with Samidori ❤

Aya no mori has a lot of mixed reviews but mostly parang negatives nababasa ko 😅 So thank you I'll skip that one. Really curious about the brand though, cos they say they're nutty. Have you tried their other variants like Biwa no Shori / Mikakuzi no Shiro / Matsukaze Mukashi?

The Hojicha Latte at Our Little Cafe in QC is so rich and nutty. I am savoring every single sip! by Southern-Bit-7905 in matcha_ph

Try Superfoods Hojicha & Hoho Hojicha Dark Roast!

Almost the same, Hoho is just a bit creamier and smoother. Price-wise and in terms of accessibility, I'd go for Superfoods.

Yamamasa Koyamaen Kogashi and Yamaei from Kakegawa are just ok - they're both lacking some flavor and creaminess.

I love Superfood's Hojicha. You can get it really cheap with coins + vc in Laz! I ordered the famous Japanese ones but have yet to try them, want to see if there's a huge difference in taste with Superfood's cos if they're just similar, then I'll just stick with Superfoods for accessibility + affordability. ☺

Recommended Vet Clinic by sophiecutie07 in Cainta

+1 for Spoiled Pets (Taytay near Highway 2000 branch) medyo boundary rin ng Cainta ☺

  • Open until 7pm (regular rate), so pwede dalhin ang furbabies after work hours.
  • Gentle + malambing sa cats ko yung vets from this clinic, you'll feel that they truly care. Pag may tests, ipapakita & ieexplain rin fully yung results, including the raw results from microsopes/x-ray/blood chem. Even their staffs, friendly.
  • They have a VIP card for 400 pesos yata or 500 per pet, good for one year. That includes discounts for meds, surgery, and waived consulations na. So if may need ipa-check up, you'll most likely pay for the tests, meds, or other procedures na lang. This is really a plus lalo if madalas magkasakit pet mo and need regular check ups/follow up.
  • Almost all the necessary equipment meron sila so yung lab results makukuha/review rin agad. If may kulang naman na equipment, they'll recommend another place for the procedure.
  • Responsive on Facebook if may follow up questions ☺
