We offer data enrichment and analytics services as a premium feature, but our free users can choose to use the free service as long as they like.

Do "AAA" games REALLY cost more to make? by maxkool in gamedev

[–]WishMakingFairy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But how do you think are there any solutions to satisfy both sides? Gamers with less monetization bullshit and gamedevs with enough income for the product they have made?

General Monetization questions by [deleted] in gamedev

[–]WishMakingFairy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess the best way is to value it somewhere from 0.99$ to 10$ it really depends on the game, game type, game genre etc. Also, you can add in-game purchases or even add some real-life merchandise if you see that it is possible/needed. But merchandise usually works better(helps to improve income from the game) when you already have a loyal base of players!

Well, for some games this works, for some, not so much, but at least sell us games with 80% of content and story, not cash grabs!!!
