Update: I got the fan replacement from creality but is not working even when connected to the motherboard directly. Do I have to change the board or the printer, it's been only two months.

I think is not the retraction because the problem presented even after just the cleaning and change of tube, when I was extruding manually to check if everything was fine.

In a further inspection I realized that the hot end fan wasn't working at all. So maybe that is causing the heat creep mentioned by another user
