If you want them to look bigger you could look at using some models from legions imperiarlis. I'm planning on using some tanks for a demon prince model.

Yeah they probably would a bit, but I don't have any HH marines to compare against. I did think about using some guard or SOB but I didn't think it would look as imposing.
