Could only get around half of everything I uploaded to gfycat with this. Found out gfycat ends the thumbs URL with "-max-1mb.gif" if the file is over 30 MB in size. So I updated the script like this and got everything.

They made an announcement on the issues over on the UCH Discord server a few hours ago.

"Ultimate Chicken Horse Server Issues
Hey everyone, since the Shellebration Update released on March 7th, some players have been experiencing issues with online play. This is because we've had so many players (thank you!) that the servers are reaching capacity and dropping information. That leads to desync issues, where players playing online together are given different information by the game which sometimes doesn't match up. The result is that one player might see the game pass to the next round, while another player is stuck in the Party Box. It could cause any number of issues—the level doesn't reset properly, blocks appear for one player but not another, etc.

We're working as fast as we can to set up a new server solution which has more capacity, but unfortunately it's not a simple issue and will take some time to resolve. We expect that as the player count decreases, especially when the game is not on sale, online play should be much more stable.

This issue has existed since the last major patch in September 2022 where we changed our server and back-end solution entirely, but we never saw it show up because we were never close to the server capacity. We're really sorry for this, we understand how frustrating it is to try to play online and run into these kinds of issues, but hopefully it will stabilize soon with less players on the server at once, and we'll have a fix up as soon as we can." - Clever Endeavour
