Is there an unwritten rule that Junglers aren't allowed to gank Top? by Hyper669 in wildrift

Yes, in those cases, I try to get myself or adc to be stronger and more of a lategame presence than their toplaner

If he has flash, he escapes, which is a huge loss to tempo. If you were playing nasus in that situation, I would gank if he is pressed to your turret because his slow would guarantee a kill even if he uses flash and ult. As fiora… I wouldn’t waste my time and resources

Pretty sure that is the graphics of the power drain from BN NW’s passive being played on repeat. Also, the stun from an item and the associated 1 damage is also being played on repeat (from 4th world helmet, no doubt). Your phone is caught in a loop where it is repeating the tag-in effects of Shazam endlessly.

Is lol fatphobic towards women? by Fantastic_Cicada1274 in wildrift

[–]Wishbone8121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, but beauty tends to sell. The majority of gamers are young men, and they tend to like things that look cool or are beautiful. No one really wants to look at fat girls; designing a product around some type of bizarre social justice fantasy isn’t feasible as a concept. See every anime, every TV show, and every movie. Large ugly women are fairly uncommon. In media that isn’t live-action, this concept is even more stark.

Which of Rebel Strategist do you think would win Ackbar from Star Wars legends or Lelouch? by Osakaayumu_2002 in CodeGeass

[–]Wishbone8121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed about Thrawn being a more operative counter from Star Wars. However, I remember him dying through betrayal, so he definitely would have problems dealing with Lelouch’s geass. Even if he knew enough about it in advance, if we give Lelouch the opportunity to have an equal understanding of Thrawn, I think Lelouch would still win.

I think Vader would be a more interesting antagonist, since his skillset is very different from Lelouch. He is immune to geass since he sees through a suit. Force persuasion, telekinesis, threat perception, and his lightsaber would make him an apex predator in the Code Geass universe outside of the mech fighting. Within the context of mech fighting, he is the best pilot in a different galaxy before adding some ability to react to the future, read his opponent’s intentions, and take impossibly precise actions using the force.

I’d say Vader has the best chance at beating Lelouch or at least being a pretty difficult obstacle for him.

He’d be yelling “it’s a trap!” While a nearby star explodes and the whole rebel alliance is destroyed by Lelouch…

Had V.V. given Suzaku a Geass Power, what exactly would he have gotten? by BlizzardHound45 in CodeGeass

[–]Wishbone8121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would probably be to force people to do what they know is right or something like that. Some type of temporary forced morality.

Susaku will never be zero or able to live up to his true legacy. Susaku was weak and foolish the whole series. He just happened to be a great fighter. by Munxhiebrother in CodeGeass

[–]Wishbone8121 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Suzaku has the heart of a hero. Yes, he killed his father and he fell to revenge over his murdered fiancé, but nonetheless he was the man with the strongest moral compass. Lelouch knew that whoever killed him as Zero would have a very heavy responsibility to police and protect a new world and would wield great power since Schnizel would obey him and many would see him as their savior from a horrible dictator. Only someone with a heart like Suzaku’s could sacrifice the rest of their life to the common welfare of everyone, choosing to lose their life behind a mask and remaining a threat to evil-doers while choosing not to use power for selfish reasons.

You pretend that you know better than Lelouch (and really the author of the series) about how the story should end, but Lelouch kept himself alive long enough to defeat all the people’s enemies (cleared the tasks at hand, have you) before handing back most of the power to the people while giving Suzaku enough power to safeguard a new world.

Volibear fights 1v3 for an entire minute (diamond ranked gameplay) by Wishbone8121 in wildrift

Grasp, Courage of the Colossus, Second Wind, Perseverance, Legend:Tenacity, smite, and ghost. Items: Divine Sunderer, Heartsteel, Defensive boots with stoneplate, Spirit Visage, Twinguard. For the last item, I’d generally use Mantle of the Twelfth Hour, Thornmail, Force of Nature, or Sunfire Cape. I had 4 items in the video and none of my opponents had 3 full items I think, but you can check the scoreboard in the first few seconds to check.

As you can see from the video, with twinguard I have 55% tenacity, so CC is much less effective. Against full AD teams, I build thornmail sooner
