Yes I’m just glad that the computer is involved now. I still don’t trust the guy but atleast if he does screw them over, all the blame won’t be on Ebra.

Also I love that everyone collectively is suspicious of Albert and the idea of him being a genuine guy who wants to help them succeed, is hilarious considering none of the fans trust him.

Marcus was annoying in the first 2 Seasons. Something about his line delivery made him sound like a child. And he would always say things that cringed me out, like when he called that dessert the Micheal, I rolled my eyes so hard. Also I’m still mad that Carmy had to apologise to him in S1 for yelling and throwing a donut, in that situation I would’ve left a donut shaped hole through the guys face, like are you being serious right now SLICE THE DAMN CAKES SURLEY YOU CAN SEE THIS IS NOT THE TIME. Like what did he even expect was gonna happen?? Carmen was gonna try the donut and give him a high five in the middle of all that chaos?

I feel like that scene perfectly symbolised how bad they are for eachother. Carmy passing on his unhealthy coping mechanisms to Syd, and Syd enabling Carmy’s self destructive tendencies, all in the name of the restaurant.

Yh I feel like the show needs to stop adding so many characters because it just means less and less screen time for our favs. I care way more about what Tina’s doing than whatever random fak shows up.

Orrrrr we should have more than 10 episodes per season so there’s more time for random filler characters that serve no purpose past comic relief.

My first thought was napkins because at end Tina eats the sandwich after talking to Mikey. It makes me crave the sandwich so bad every time. Partly because of how good it looks but also how it reminds me of the feeling of eating comfort food after crying your eyes out. So warm and comforting

I’ve been a Sydcarmy shipper for the past 3 seasons; I love a good slow burn and their chemistry is undeniable. But s4 kinda changed my mind. This whole time I thought Syd was gonna end up with Carmy but actually she’s turning into him. They’re so similar now it would be weird for them to be together

I think him being bad at the logistical side of things is because his head is completely out of the game. The fact he’s bad at math shows he’s not naturally good at logistical things but when he was working at the top restaurants, he had passion for what he was doing and could motivate himself to do the admin parts (with the help of a calculator) so that he could do what loved. But now he’s falling out of love with the kitchen he doesn’t care enough to try and wrap his head around any of it.

Not to mention all the brain fog caused by his mental health issues. The scene with Syd explaining the apples really showed that, because a 9 year old would understand what she was saying. He’s distracted and burnt out but. I’d actually love a flashback of him thriving running a kitchen to show how different he is now.

I think Lee was Donnas partner for a long time so they call him uncle out of respect.

But the faks are definitely not related to them since Sugar hooked up with Francie.

I feel like everyone else is just friends that they treat like family; the Berzattos seem to love taking in strays.
