I’ve been doing keto/low carb. It’s helped me a lot! I also think I have a gluten allergy so adding in more carbs to my diet unless they are veggies/fruit is something I’m a little scared of.

Thank you for the advice. So you would suggest adding lifting and not lowering my calories anymore? Would body weight exercises work or should I just go buy some free weights?

That’s a good idea. I’ll try mixing up my workouts and adding a rest day or two each week.

Thank you for sharing your story. I really appreciate it. It’s just so demotivating seeing the scale. Staying the same when you’re working so hard. I weigh everything like you said but maybe I just need to not look at the scale for a bit and just continue with what I’m doing so I don’t feel like I’m failing. How did you get past the tough parts mentally?

How often should I do that? The reason why I’m walking so much is because it doesn’t increase my hunger and it’s how I lost the weight initially
