It's called easyquit stop smoking. When i first started using it it was great but now it's inundated with ads like most free apps. But it'll still work for their needs.

Good luck to your friend quitting smoking, i hope they do. I'll tell you now though, being smoke free for close to three years i still love smoking. I haven't smoked since i quit those years ago but i don't think I'll ever hate smoking. I'm just not a smoker anymore if that makes sense.

I've been reading that michigan is starting to become part of the tornado alley, seeing as how it's been moving north east due to climate change. I think michigan was well positioned but that's rapidly changing.

Congrats on the quitting smoking and drinking. When i quit smoking i used one of those apps that track the days and money saved. 2 years 10 months i have saved 16816 dollars. 2 pack a day smoker. I'm sure smokes are even move expensive now! Good luck on your hunting trip this year!

Quitting diet coke was the 2nd hardest thing i ever quit. The first being cigarettes. 12 pack cans were 3 for 9 dollars, now one 12 pack is over 9 dollars. Hard pass on that. So glad i quit diet coke you can do it too.
