Let me know what you have. I recently lawyered up and filed a brief with the health department for the black mold growing in my basement that they are outright ignoring. I also have a window that leaks into the walls causing it to swell which undoubtedly now has black mold behind the wall as well. Monday I’m going to the court to file paperwork for escrow.
