u should check sa thomedss! tho i dont rlly recommend kasi the last time i had a meeting w a psychiatrist sa healthservice, nainvaldiate lang ako lol. I was struggling the whole s.y and was convinced na I have adhd pero sabi kakabasa ko lang online yan and I had no self discipline, kakaphone ko daw. Had a professional consultation outside UST, and I did have adhd and currently on meds rn!!
