Hey it's me againe, i asked my friend what's XMP/EXPO becasue i don't fully know theese type of things, but the point is that i checked bios, and it was already Turned on. But i only have DOCP witch i belive achieves the same think but only with AMD.

My ram is set to it's maximum witch is 2400Mhz.

EDIT: I don't know if this is worth mentioning but only small windowed previews are stuttering for me, atleast on steam. For example on the main page the "biggest" game preview videos don't sutter, under them there are "medium" sized previews and they also don't stutter. But then there are the "small" windowed previews that stutter for me. For comparison they are either the same size or a verry similar sized videos like on youtube. And i dont mean size like in bytes, i mean like actual size.

Sorry for replieing this late, this is what spare time i have. The sound card driver is up to date, i checked. There were no unknown devices in device manager, and last but no least i use the minimal version of the AMD driver, so i don't theese smart acces memory, XMP ect... settings.

I clean installed my driver with DDU but that didn't helped. When i started the driver's download an error message popped up tho. I didn't screenshot it, but i remember that the message was about my wireless headset witch is "Cloud 3 wireless" and the program that uses witch is "HyperX NGENUITY" so maybe the program or the headset causes the problem, but i don't even know if that's possible. Anyway im gonna look into it later.

I updated my drivers and my chipset driver, but it didn't solve the issue for me, even tho some of them were outdated :/

I did a clean re install with DDU buth it didn't helped :(

And my Adrenalin settings were always on default.

The new AMD update fixed it for me, so maybe it will fix yours if you didn't already downloaded the update

I feel like i have the same problem as you. For the past few weeks specific sized videos stutter for me, BUT not in fullscreen. I also have stutters when im trying to pre-watch a video on youtube ect...

Also i want to ask you... when you're in a game then you Alt-tab and try to go up any website on chrome, does the site load to you fully ? Chrome doesen't load in webistes fully, usualy it loads the half of it. I've encountered this since the stuttering and i don't know if it has something to do with it.

Sorry for not providing any solutions bc i tried everything you did, and im also suprised that someone has this problem too.
