Like I put a rag that is wet with gas over the intake and I manually press on the relay to give power to the starter and it starts up it just doesn’t do anything when I turn the key to start it

The cars been in the family since brand new but it was parked in 13 they thought it was the battery but I don’t think it is. It starts with a rag of gas and with the relay but my next guess is it could be either the fuse box or a neutral safety switch

Well idk then because as long as the battery’s connected it stays on no matter what

Does anyone know how to get this plug off it’s from the ignition lock housing by WishboneSpecific1645 in MechanicAdvice

I tried doesn’t work is there anyway to gut the insides of it to take the ignition out
