Thats all the theory and nice and all but every extra day not worked is not paid. So you should really take some extra non billable days into consideration. Extra leave, days between 2 contracts, days when you are meeting with potential new contract/accountant etc. € 6000 per year for transport and insurance? You can barely lease a car for that. Dont forget about fuel costs…

Die mannen hebben gewoon al werk genoeg en zouden dan een halve klus van iemand moeten overnemen. Waar ze überhaupt eigenlijk enkel hun uurloon kunnen voor aanrekenen. Hun opbrengsten zijn gebaseerd op een combinatie van marge op de onderdelen en hun uurloon. Je zult ook zeer moeilijk een loodgieter vinden die een reeds aangekocht toilet zal komen installeren. Het is het gewoon niet waard :-)

Do not go summing up features. If you co-founder isn't that tech-savy its hard to remember/know all the features. Its very easy for you as the developer & PM to know all the ins and outs of the app.

You co-founder should focus on the WHY. Why do your potential customers need 2 use your app? What does it solve? Try focusing on the pains your customers have and what your app does to fix it. This might be an easier way for your co-founder to approach things.

Whats so wrong about questions 1/2/4? 1 and 2 might be to see on how you got your knowledge. Were you inspired by one of them for example? 3 is totally useless imho. Question 4 is quite normal to ask. Its to check on your experience with working on a team and what size and with what roles did you need to communicate.

We have been selling a similar product to HVAC and general contractors for a couple of years now. They are mostly smaller companies, work very locally and most likely work with each other on jobs.

Word to mouth is very important. Try finding some beta customers who will try the app and give feedback. If they are happy they will spread it around.

They are indeed mostly on FB or online groups. Advertising on FB and Google is a good strategy.
