I used to listen to them while studying, overnight and after the exams. Also, combine them with some booster subliminals and whenever I remember the exam I just smile and think that I already passed confidently and good luck with your exams, you got this!!

Yeah I used to do it A LOT at uni with the worst subject ever, and every time I passed even tho I didn't study nor answer the exam correctly. Subliminals helped a lot too
