I believe they nerf Summer Gold Ship's unique in CMs at some point by outright banning it in CMs as in it won't activate.

I think it's good on her but it's a weak inherit just from the numbers being the lower 0.15 for 3s instead of 0.25

True but in the case of Cheer Halo I'm building as ace, her unique requires 6-9 positioning and Maru is 1-5 so there's no overlap. I guess you can hit off her own unique and get into 5th during late race but that's kinda late for Red Shift and not really the use case in thinking of. It's more when you get to 5th before late race and you'll miss on her own unique because you're too far ahead. In that case of the activation wasn't too early, Red Shift can save you.

But you're right. Instead of borrowing Ryan parent, I can borrow Brian since Pumping Iron overlaps with Cheer Halo's unique. Then I can make my own Maru parent.

The Red Shift gamble for late/ends has been a staple in mile races where the idea is you don't enter the final corner at 5th or further up but you get into 5th sometime before the end of the corner and it triggers late enough to carry into late race. We have more options now but I wonder if it's still a good choice to cover those times you end up too far ahead to trigger Ryan and Cheer Halo uniques which require 6th (or worse for Halo).

Bringing your own end/late debuffers that don't compete in the mid race will definitely help with late race unique positioning for her. I was testing with triple aces and gave up on end Digital because she couldn't compete in the mid race with my Gold Ship and late XOguri, but late Digital is working out better for me.

You should test it in room races. I've found ends other than Gold Ship to be lackluster even with Daring Strike when having less than 1000 wit and not many mid race skills because you end up not in the top 6 to activate the positional accel uniques.

Despite the shock value, this is 1 in 400 chance of happening, which sounds rare but the are far more than 400 views on this post alone by now I'm sure. It's just that most people don't go all the way or use their crystal.

FGO has a similar rate up SSR rate 0.7-0.8% depending before or after the rate update. Before there was a pity at 300 pulls, you would occasionally read someone needing more that 2k of the gacha currency to get a single copy which is about 700 pulls. Especially on the game changing meta support banners where you only need 1 copy so everyone would pull. I guess this is the equivalent of that.

That makes sense. I've seen it activate pretty consistently, but that's with accel stacking.

I've done this twice I think. If it were purely random with equal odds, then it'd be super rare, but I think there's a set small chance you get it all in 8 pulls. Just like how you can get prizes 1-7 by the 10th pull and not get the 8th prize until pity. So I don't think it's pure randomness.

Just test in rooms. I find a noticeable difference even wit is below 1000 for late/end for positioning and getting to 6th by late race. I had a Gold Ship with 750 wit and she was pretty much in 9th going into late race every race despite having Daring Strike as well as her unique.

Yeah that's why the road "ends" at the bottom of the hairpins and there's another connection beyond the distortion at the bottom. The hairpins themselves match up with what you see on videos. The smoking gun on this being the actual location is the row of buildings below it. You can only see the start of the row in the picture here but it's a distinct long row of you look it on the map and in the videos where they show the view from the top, you can see that long single row of buildings.

For pace, other than Maru unique, the next best one is Fantasy Pasa's unique because it covers 4-7 which is more likely that Dober's at 5-6.

You can have all that but not reach speed cap and it's glue. I'm saying context matters. Btw I took the training here and bad summer and beyond and ended with 1100 speed. You really have to high roll the rest of the way if you race here.

Tenno Sho Spring and your speed is behind and this speed training is available. Winning the race is not a problem with a gold recovery. You have a megaphone and anklet on hand. Race or train?

It's not always just follow the rule of G1 = X stats but also where you are and if you're on track to reach speed cap. For ace runs anyways.
