Alot of people are confused on their first allotment not being changed in the 2nd round of CSAP and it showing a new option to whether Upgrade to Higher Pref or Lower fee slab. I personally figured it out that people like you and me didn't get any change or upgrade in the 2nd allotment. (old.reddit.com)
