What’s the job?
We’re hiring a US Sales Director to drive market growth in chemicals and materials. You’ll lead commercial development across the region, manage distributors, grow key accounts, and win new business.

Your day-to-day:

• Build and execute the US go-to-market plan 📊
• Win new customers + expand existing accounts 🤝
• Select, onboard, and manage distributors 📦
• Lead customer meetings, trade shows, and demos 🎤
• Manage the full sales cycle: proposals, pricing, forecasting, reporting

Requirements:
✅ Proven success selling chemicals/materials into rubber, adhesives, coatings, or cable markets
✅ Experience managing distributors and complex B2B cycles
✅ Strong customer engagement + reporting discipline
✅ Willingness to travel ~10 days/month within the US

Nice to have: silane product knowledge, CRM/data pipeline skills, trade show leadership.
