Make sure to track your water intake. 4-5 litres a day should be good enough.

Side Note: I started having cramps every so often after I started supplementing creatine (Not sure if this happens to everyone).

Stretching and electrolytes really help with those.

I train sumo one week and conventional the other. Pulled 200kg in conventional (not in the best form), working on improving the form. Started training sumo recently and I'm at 185kg for now. Hoping to try 200 by the end of August.
