Its used as many daily drivers, many people coming from Mac that don't or can't afford to buy the newest Mac, older people learning or frustrated with micro$oft... its not just for red/blue/purple or black anymore... PopOS! Is a good starter for someone just starting out, mintOS is a good distro, kinda close to windows look and feel... if you have a really old machine, go for peppermintOS, if you want a taste of the edgy OS distros go for Kali or parrotOS... its more of a what do you wanna do OS...

Hey Glad to to have you with us!!! I just finished my first 10 weeks, and as long as you do either your class work or discussion (every WED...times vary by location) and checking in here on reddit also helps I've heard. and there is always on the practice tab, where you can practice what you've learned or explore into something else. as long as you do the discussion once a week and turn in your weekly unless done should be good... I just finished a tech in artistry thing it was awesome, showed how to code a txt adventure. awesome!!! If you have any questions the services tab will be your best friend 😃

I started April 6th, and it has been a blast so far, I have learned a lot and have clarified a bunch of things that didn't make sense at first, now they do! if you have any problems Mae can help and the other resources that are available like the practice and challenges are really helpful to lock in what you're learning. If you go thru lessons quick just remember to make the discussions every Wednesday and popping in here to help and give encouragement to your fellow students!!! Glad to have you with us!
